Delivery

We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping.
In principle, customers cannot choose the delivery method.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

Delivery Days

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of order, in principle.
However, shipping and delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, large-scale events, or specific regional conditions.

Damage During Delivery

During packaging, we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched.
However, after handover to the shipping carrier, damage may occur due to transit issues or the carrier's responsibility.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.

About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (VAT/GST, etc.)

Depending on the destination country/region, customs duties, import taxes, and customs handling fees may apply.

Shipping to the United States (DDP: Duties Paid, No Additional Payment)

• Import duties and applicable customs handling fees will be charged at the time of your order.
• There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

Shipping to regions other than the United States (DDU: Duties Unpaid, Payment Required Upon Delivery)

• Import duties and customs handling fees may apply depending on the destination country or region. These will be collected by the delivery company or local customs upon receipt (or during customs clearance). Depending on the country/region, credit cards may not be accepted, and cash payment may be required.

• Cancellations or refusal of receipt due to import duties/customs handling fees cannot be accepted. If the package is returned due to non-payment of these fees, the return shipping cost and related expenses may be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot provide information in advance regarding the presence or amount of customs duties and import taxes. For details, please contact the customs office or delivery company in your country/region.

About Order Cancellation

In principle, cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to receive the product, we will refund the amount minus the round-trip shipping fee.

Please understand that the shipping fee covers the actual costs incurred for shipping and returning the product.

About Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

 Checking Your Order Upon Arrival

Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives.
If 7 days have passed, including the day of product arrival, we will not be able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

 Returns and Refunds

In principle, we do not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience.
*"Customer convenience" refers to the following cases:
・Discrepancy in image due to differences in color, texture, or feel between the product image and the actual product
・Customer ordering error
・Customer-initiated cancellation after placing an order

Returns and refunds will only be processed if damage, defects, or incorrect delivery caused by our responsibility are confirmed, and if a replacement product is not available.
In such cases, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

 Exchanges

If damage, defects, or incorrect delivery caused by our responsibility are confirmed, we will, in principle, arrange for an exchange.
*If a replacement product is not available, a return and refund will be processed.

 Cases where Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges are Not Possible

In the following cases, we cannot respond regardless of the reason:
・If we have not been contacted in advance
・If the product has been processed or used (washed, cut, sewn, etc.)
・Discrepancy in image due to differences in color, texture, or feel between the product image and the actual product
・Presence of creases, folding wrinkles, or unique fabric odors
・Presence of uneven dyeing, streaks, or slubs due to material characteristics

The fabrics we handle are made from natural fibers such as cotton and linen, so they have unique thread knots and slubs.
Additionally, our dyeing process emphasizes the inherent characteristics and texture of the material, so some products may have slight color unevenness, wrinkles, or color fading.

Fabric Color and Texture

Our fabrics may have slight differences in color and texture depending on the production period.
Since inventory is constantly changing, please understand in advance that there may be differences in color and texture if you purchase the same fabric again.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as "the color is different from when I bought it before." Please understand this if you are considering purchasing additional fabric to make up for a shortage.

Product Images

We try our best to match the actual color by checking it with multiple browsers, but the color of the product photo and the actual product color will fundamentally not be the same.Also, the color differences will increase further depending on your environment (monitor, light source, settings).
In addition, the image of color and texture projected from an image is deeply related to experience and psychology, so individual differences also affect it.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to differences in color or texture from the product image, so we ask for your understanding when considering your purchase.
