The width of each fabric is fixed. We cut the fabric to the length ordered based on the quantity you purchase.
Fabric Length by Quantity Ordered
・Quantity 1 = 50cm (0.5m)
・Quantity 2 = 1.0m
・Quantity 3 = 1.5m
・Quantity 4 = 2.0m
・Quantity 5 = 2.5m
・Quantity 40 = 20m (Maximum Order Quantity)
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order.
When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, the total shipping cost will be automatically displayed.
You can confirm the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
Delivery
We ship orders via EMS (Express Mail Service).
In principle, customers cannot choose the shipping method.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days after your order is placed.
However, shipping and delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, large-scale events, or local conditions in the destination country or region.
We appreciate your understanding.
Damage During Delivery
We take great care when packing your order to prevent dents or damage to the outer box.
However, the outer box may be dented or damaged during transit after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or damage to the outer box that do not affect the product itself.

Shipping to South Korea
For orders shipped to South Korea, a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) may be required for customs clearance.
About Customs Duties and Import Taxes (VAT/GST, etc.)
Depending on the destination country/region, customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST, etc.), and customs handling fees may apply.
Shipping to Countries/Regions Other Than the United States (Duties and Taxes Payable Upon Delivery)
- Import duties, import taxes (VAT/GST, etc.), and customs handling fees may apply depending on the destination country/region. These fees are not included in the amount paid at the time of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Any applicable fees will be collected by the delivery company or local customs upon delivery or during customs clearance. Depending on the country/region, credit cards may not be accepted, and cash payment may be required.
- Cancellations or refusal of delivery due to import duties, import taxes, or customs handling fees cannot be accepted. If the package is returned due to non-payment of these fees, the return shipping cost and other related expenses will be deducted from any refund.
Please note that we cannot provide information in advance regarding whether customs duties or import taxes will apply or the amount that may be charged. For details, please contact the customs authority or delivery company in your country/region.
About Order Cancellation
In principle, cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been confirmed.
If the package is returned to us because you are unable to receive it, we will issue a refund after deducting the round-trip shipping costs and any other related expenses incurred.
Please understand that these charges reflect the actual costs incurred in shipping and returning the package.
About Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Checking Your Order Upon Arrival
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted after 7 days, including the date of delivery, for any reason.
Returns and Refunds
In principle, we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
・Differences in color, texture, or appearance between the product images and the actual product
・Errors made by the customer when placing an order
・Cancellation requested by the customer after the order has been confirmed
Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, and a replacement cannot be provided.
In such cases, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will, in principle, provide a replacement.
If a replacement is not available, we will accept a return and issue a refund.
Cases Where Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds Cannot Be Accepted
Returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・If you have not contacted us in advance
・If the fabric has been processed or used (washed, cut, sewn, etc.)
・If the reason is a difference in color, texture, or appearance between the product images and the actual fabric
・If there are fold creases, wrinkles, or odors characteristic of the fabric
・If there are color variations, streaks, slubs, or other characteristics resulting from the nature of the material
Our fabrics are made from natural fibers such as cotton and linen and may contain slubs, neps, and other natural irregularities characteristic of these materials.
Our dyeing and finishing processes are designed to preserve the natural character and texture of the materials. As a result, slight color variations, wrinkles, or color fading may occur depending on the fabric.

Fabric Color and Texture
Our fabrics may vary slightly in color and texture depending on the production lot or production period.
As inventory changes constantly, the color or texture of the same fabric may differ from a previous purchase.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges because the color differs from a previous purchase.
If you are purchasing additional fabric to make up for a shortage, please be aware that the color or texture may differ from the fabric you previously purchased.
Product Images
We carefully check our product images in multiple viewing environments to ensure that the colors appear as close as possible to the actual fabric.
However, it is difficult to reproduce the exact color and texture of the actual fabric on a screen. Colors and textures may also appear different depending on your viewing environment, such as your monitor, lighting, and screen settings.
Perception of color and texture may vary from person to person.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to differences in color or texture between the product images and the actual fabric. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.
