Refund policy

■ Checking Your Items Upon Delivery

Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed from the delivery date (including the delivery date), we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

■ Returns & Refunds

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer reasons.
“Customer reasons” include the following:

・Differences in color, texture, or appearance between product images and the actual item
・Ordering the wrong item by mistake
・Cancellation due to the customer’s own circumstances after placing the order
Returns or refunds are only available if damage, defects, or incorrect shipment caused by our responsibility is confirmed, and a replacement cannot be provided.
In this case, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

■ Exchanges

If damage, defects, or incorrect shipment caused by our responsibility are confirmed, we will provide an exchange as a general rule.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a return/refund may be issued.

■ Cases Where Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason:
・If you did not contact us prior to returning the item
・If the item has been processed or used (washed, cut, sewn, etc.)
・Differences in color, texture, or appearance between product images and the actual item
・Fold lines, creases, or fabric-specific odors
・Dye irregularities, streaks, or neps caused by the characteristics of the material
