Damage Dye and Wash Process (ddw®)

"Cotton Linen Slub Lawn" is not printed with an uneven dye. Instead, it is produced using a method where the raw fabric (kibata) undergoes a special damage treatment and simultaneous dyeing. This process carefully finishes each roll over a long period without altering the original quality of the fabric (kibata).

Characteristics of the Processing

Due to the nature of the damage dye and wash process, there may be streaks, selvedge wrinkles, uneven dyeing, slubs, neps, and weaving wrinkles, as shown in the image above.
These are not defects, but rather part of the natural texture.
